Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions my be declined.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return, provided they meet all return condition listed above.
Refunds for sale items will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved and processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Hats, headwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- If approved, we will provide return instruction and a prepaid return label
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free for approved returns
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Returned items must be shipped using the provided return label
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
